A strange little creature called Montiek, a former member of the Council of Evil with Skeletor, turns up at Snake Mountain with some warriors he found on ancient Earth. He is travelling the universe recruiting powerful warriors for his Castle of Heroes, so he can use them as slaves. He has come to Eternia in the hope of capturing He-Man for the Castle of Heroes, and sets up a series of tests which He-Man must pass before he can be recruited. Skeletor is hoping that He-Man will pass the tests, so he can be rid of him- but he knows that He-Man won\'t be as easy to capture as Montiek thinks.....
